Bolebec Consultants offers a bespoke consultancy service for banks & institutions seeking to expand or restructure their debt market profile and for companies seeking to secure debt or equity capital or buy or sell their businesses or assets. This includes:

  • Team and profile review
  • Feasibility studies
  • Pre-acquisition/disposal reviews
  • Strategic planning
  • Preparation of business plan documents & information memorandums
  • Assisting in sourcing and negotiating debt and equity capital

Our principal, Michael Constant, who has Non-Executive Director experience, is also available for roles such as:

  • Non-Executive Director for companies which seek an individual who can contribute experience and financial expertise;
  • Restructuring Officer in restructuring situations, particularly those that involve multi-creditor negotiations;
  • Expert Witness in commercial law cases involving the loan markets;
  • Lecturing and training in the loan primary and secondary markets.

FEES
For those who would welcome the help but do not think they can afford it; we offer a dedicated but affordable service. We can serve as a senior strategic planner or finance professional. We typically work on an hourly or daily basis for as many hours or days a month as our clients require or an alternative such as a  success fee based remuneration can be agreed for specific projects. We also have access to additional human resources as required.
